His Album “Man On The Moon: End of Day” has been out for months now; but this new video for his next single “Pursuit of Happiness” just hit the web on March 8th, 2010.

Everyone should love this music video; If not for the creativity, lyrics, imagery, & essence, then for the unfiltered nature of Cudi’s ability to present himself without censorship. At least you know you’re getting something pure from Cudi-You try and walk into your job and tell your boss about how you smoke weed, have nightmares, and illustrate how your search for spiritual contentment is going. Will you be fine “once you get it?”

In other American News: Landon Donovan (On loan to my favorite team Everton of the EPL) received a yellow card in today’s victory over rival Chelsea.

Also, the 2010-2012 USMens Basketball team unveiled their 27-Man roster of players that will lead America threw the FIBA Finals, and up to the Olympics in London in 2012.

Finally, as far as flying tomatoes go, here’s a vid of one that is specifically indigenous to Florida, Colorado, and Northern California.

If you haven’t guessed by the title, it’s my “relative” cousin and partner in daunting gaiety, and perilousness who has been holding it down steady in Lake Tahoe, Cali for a solid 2 years now.

His DVD “Snow Bike Mike” (Only $5) is his first known mainstream DVD, and what is anticipated to be just the beginning platform for many, many more aerial snow

This news reminds me of the time that I auditioned for MTV’s Real World- I tell the story when provoked, and don’t mind sharing.

I was in Tampa

(Ybor to be exact) and I show up at the casting call with a 3×5 photo of myself ( i was so naive then lol- this was 2008) The casting began at 11, but I showed up early because I had never been to this club where they were holding their casting. It’s 10:30, and I walk in the door after signing a few papers that say it’s ok for me to be filmed etc… I walk in and to my bewilderment, see about 20 people already at thebar drinking!!! at 10:30AM!!! am!!!!!! lol so, a naive-younger me decides to fit in a bit- I’m guessing they look for this type of thing ( to see if you’re social) I get a rum, and coke, which is magically transformed into a double somewhere between me ordering and the bartender pouring (and boasting that he’s the best bartender in the world- probably hoping I’m a MTV casting agent) so I get my drink, that I can barely stomach, and sit down for the group casting. This is really wild now, to my right are four wildly drunk black girls that can barely talk without sluring a word, and to my left is a gay Puerto Rican ex-marine, hairstylist. lol yea, I was dwarfed a bit by all of their boisterous personalities. We talked a bit about politics, Britney Spears, food, and sex / cheating in relationships. end result: I didn’t get a call back, and didn’t mind much because really because hindsight being 20/20, it wouldn’t have helped my career much lol. no disrespect to Ruthy, Teck, Abe, and Joey.

NMW- this one features Vampire Weekend: a spunky, and resilient band of “20something” men from New York.

Their work can best be described to the most basic music enthusiast as a mix of Ben Kweller’s swag, jumbled in with the sensational writing of Death Cab, and the up-beat styling of groups like OK GO, and tempo of Modest Mouse with a little more groove- just enough to make you move your hips in circles while your feet begin to stomp as though you’re living room full of people were only invited over to help cure your pest problem.

THIS WEEK: I have been listening to the boys- Ezra Koenig, Rostam Batmanglij, Christopher Tomson, Chris Baio from their website which is streaming their entire new CD “Contra” for free.

As far as LIVE, I have yet to see these guys do their thing on a stage near me, and looks like I will not for some time- 3/4ths of their shows have already sold out (most of them being over seas, where they seem to have quite the calling as well)

This week marked a special occasion for the Vampire Weekenders – #1 Album in America. Now granted, most of the 125,000 albums sold this past week were probably from uncalibrated pop-tarts expecting a fold-out poster of Rob Pattenson & stickers of Team Edward / Team Jacob. But Kidding, and Vampire hype aside, the boys from Brooklyn have struck gold with this album and have come through on their unprecedented indie hype to start off the year.

Their 1st big note of mainstream recognition had to have come in the summer of 2008 when the Will Ferrell film Step=Brothers featured their song A-Punk in the opening credit sequence. Since then they have not looked back, being written about in nearly every musical publication including Rolling Stone, where they were featured s a band to watch.

Good luck getting a piece of them live in the States, but as far as their Sophomore Studio album goes- it’s a home-run!

i give it 4 out of 5 leg kicks

and 5 out of 5 fist pumps.
I’ve been listening to it every day for a solid week and it is getting a bit droll for me, but it’s only allowing my favorite songs to emerge- HORCHATA, Holiday, California English, and Giving Up The Gun.

I know, I’m sick of this break from updating the site too! :-/ But fear not!… and don’t get sick.

I just caught myself rolling up my sleeves for a brand new year and a very interesting few months leading up to The 21 Convention USA & Europe.

In the next few days I will be solidifying my spot as radio host for UCF’s KNIGHTCAST -time’s to come out soon.

And since we’ve talked last I’ve been signed on to become and acting coach for John Casablancas MTM of Orlando, as well as an administrating talent scout.

Along with assuming my Assistant Director position with The 21 Convention USA & Europe, I have put in sufficient work for the documentary slated to come out later this year, as well as an equally fascinating documentary circling around a unique group of young men who play basketball for a prep school. It’s fascinating how many different walks of life these young men have had to over come. - Pete Montoya is heading this project which is yet to be named – keep up w/ it on his blog as well as this page.

I have also, gained my nationally recognized State Soccer Goalkeeping coaching license and plan on privately training young goalkeepers around the Central Florida area.

keeping up with all of these things has definitely put my availability to post new videos and keep up with writing.

I have continued to give out free dating and attraction advice to my colleagues and friends for no charge, and you can even see some of my candid discussions w/ Steve Mayeda on The 21 Convention site in the right hand corner.

My list of failures is significantly smaller than that of my upcoming projects, aa I am of the ideology that “when one door closes, another one opens.” Regardless, the bike trip that I had planned from May 8th -July 4th that would have taken me, and 4 other brave men from Orlando to Chicago has been called off due to conflicts with the rest of the crew, and director issues. This however, does open the door for me to cash in on my opportunity to potentially travel to Sweden in June, or go to South Africa for the Word Cup and see my good friend Blake Wison who is in the Navy. so hey, don’t feel sorry for me. (btw- Team COCO)

In this coming year you can expect all of the following: PMtv to carry more Central FL stories, VIdeos, new exclusive music, photos, live blogging, goofy sketches, and (as many of my friends know) the unexpected, as well as a look into a few of my new hobbies, which is fixed gear (and yes single gear) bicycle riding. lol

That’s enough words for now- actions, as well as videos are about to fill up every page of this website- so stay tuned!
